Convenient Location with Easy Access to Transportation 🚍 the location here is fantastic - it's so close to the airport, the train station, and the bus stop. We even arrived late at night, and getting here was a breeze. We made a quick stop at Bellagio Patisserie for some coffee and treats, which was just a medium distance away from this place.

The double room is relaxing and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, and a seating area. The spacious bathroom is absolutely the best. The location is marvellous and super, close to the airport station and the train station as well as Negombo city center and airport.

The food was delicious and served in the garden, the bedroom was bright and air-conditioned, and the location was absolutely perfect, relatively near a well-known hotel in Las Vegas, plus the airport was just 1 km away.

I loved the hotel! . This place was straightforward in general with a nice and kind staff team. This location was particularly good, next to the beach in Negombo, Negombo city center, and airport, and all Sri Lanka.

The location of Bivora Villa is magnificent and especially convenient for being near the airport. It's easy to access anywhere from there. the villa is not far from the train station, Negombo city center, and is situated in a nice neighborhood. the single room has a lovely garden view and comes with AC. Paid £11 for the room.

The double room I stayed in had a cozy seating area, which made me feel right at home. I loved waking up and stepping out onto the balcony, enjoying the view of the beautiful garden. The private entrance of the single room gave me a sense of privacy and security. The double room had a nice seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony in the double room, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings. The double room with a cable TV was a great addition, adding to the comfort and entertainment during my stay.

As a personal preference, I would have liked the option of having an air-conditioned single room as well.

The villa's location is very convenient, being close to the airport, Negombo beach, the train station, and the main road. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the Methodist Church and also near a nearby temple.

Clean place with big rooms and really friendly staff. The restaurant here serves super yummy authentic food. 🍽️

As longer term business travelers, we loved the warm welcome and late check-in service. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a fan. The excellent breakfast provided, along with the takeaway bag for early departures, was a nice touch. we highly recommend this lovely place.
